POLICIES

Booking Policy

All bookings now require a booking fee, which varies depending on your treatment.

This fee is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice before your appointment, the fee will be forfeited. If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment and the same booking fee will be applied to your new booking. Cancellations made later than this will require a new booking fee to secure another appointment.

You must be over 16 to have any chemical service, ID may be required.
